Oluf Ulseth has been a member of the World Wide Wind Advisory Board since 2022.

Oluf is an experienced CEO, board member and chair in the renewables industry and former State Secretary to the Norwegian Prime Minister. Advisor to investors and companies within renewables and the green transition, with a particular focus on policy framework, regulatory and strategy.

In his role as CEO in Energy Norway, the Norwegian power industry association, Oluf had extensive work at EU level and several senior roles at the European power industry association EURELECTRIC. His experience from energy also include SVP at Statkraft and State Secretary in The Norwegian Ministry for Petroleum and Energy. Outside of the energy sector, Oluf has experience from the financial services industry, including EVP Strategy in Storebrand ASA and SVP Major Accounts in If.

Oluf holds a Bachelor degree of Commerce/Business Studies (Siviløkonom) from NHH, the Norwegian School of Economics.
